HOW TO ORDER.

Select the items that you want in our shop from among our three star varieties: Jimbee, Cayoran and Okashi. Fill in the order form in which you must include the delivery address, phone number and email address that we will use to contact you if there are any problems with item delivery. You can also note any comments in the order Notes field. If you register, in future purchases you will not have to fill out all this data again and it will be easier to shop again.

We will only use your personal data for purchase shipment and delivery notifications. In no case will it be given to third parties or used by us for any other purpose. If you agree, we will be able to send you specific offers.

Payment will be made at the time of ordering. Using a credit card is without any additional charge to the customer.

When you finalize your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and another email once your order has been shipped, along with the matching bill.

PRICES

Prices indicated on the screen next to each item are shown in Euros. The item purchase price is shown on the screen at the time of purchase.
The price of all items includes VAT.

ORDER DELIVERY

We will handle orders delivered to any residential or business address in the Spanish. If the transport company cannot deliver due to an error in delivery address information or if there is nobody present at the recipient’s address, the delivery agent will contact the customer by telephone to arrange a new appointment. If the customer is not at home, a note will be left indicating that delivery has been attempted and the way to contact the transport company to arrange pickup of items.

Shipping to the Spanish Peninsula:

Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays.

Recommendations:

If you wish to receive the order on a specific date, you must specify it in the comments field of the order form. When sending the order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been turned over to the transport company and specifying the delivery date. On the day of delivery, you must be at your home or leave someone responsible for receipt. You can give us a different address than your regular address in order to facilitate delivery, such as a family member, your job, or a trustworthy business.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

In the event that we can not comply with the delivery of some or all items from any already completed order due to lack of stock, we guarantee a refund of the full purchase amount for items that could not be delivered or to replace them with another item if agreed via email.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER INFORMATION.

As long as the order has not been sent, you can cancel it and any amount paid will be refunded to you. Order information can be modified as long as items have not yet been sent. To change your order information, please send an email to jimbeemelon@jimbeemelon.com .

BILLING.

Once the order has been sent we will send a confirmation email that the item and its bill have been picked up by the transport company. Customer accepts the electronic delivery of the summarized bill.

COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES.

Complaints and issues should be sent by email to jimbeemelon@jimbeemelon.com . If the package arrives deteriorated, wet, resealed, or open, you must note this on the transport company’s delivery slip at the time of delivery and let us know before 24 hours have passed by sending an email to jimbeemelon@jimbeemelon.com, including one or several digital photographs. Jimbeemelon is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of items when this delay is due solely to the actions of the buyer or transport company. The customer is responsible for providing their information correctly, especially the delivery address. If you receive an item in poor condition, you must notify us within 24 hours by sending an email to jimbeemelon@jimbeemelon.com including one or several digital photographs. If you receive an item in poor condition, Jimbeemelon guarantees replacement free of charge, except if the item has not been delivered on the due date because of the customer (missing address, incorrect address etc.). You and Jimbeemelon agree to submit any litigation arising under this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cartagena, Murcia, Spain.
